HOW TO USE
Apply to heart chakra/pulse point 3 times per day and into the back of the neck to benefit from the soothing and uplifting qualities and promote emotional balance.
Suggested breathing practice for meditation:
Place 2 drops in palms of hands, Inhale for 4, pause for 4, exhale for 6.

Each bottle is carefully and loving hand blended in small batches. Contains Fractionated Coconut Oil, Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade doTerra, Lab. Altho Organic Essential Oils, with phosphoderite & moonstone chips. Foraged wild catkins.
10 ml Glass bottle with slow-release rollerball = Approx 240 applications.
15ml Glass pump or dropper bottle – approx.. 250 applications.
Ingredients: Contains pure grade fractionated Coconut Oil, Organic Pelargonium x asperum, Organic Cananga odorata, Organic Pogostemon cablin, Organic Cistus auranitum. 3% dilution.
